Access to the technical support system is provided for free to all out clients because it allows us to provide you with a better service and enables us to manage our workload better.
Our fees depend on the type of work being requested. Faults with any of our website are usually carried out free of charge if the error is on our part. If other work is requested such as additions and amends our fees are simple and easy to understand.
We base our charges on a flat fee of £40 per hour for amends and changes to existing websites and systems and will also calculate costs based on the actual time taken. Simply put - if something only takes 5 minutes thats all you'll pay for!
